If you have demisted leadership skills through the military or working on a farm / ranch, you might be the perfect candidate Responsibilities • Overseeing and working with crew of 2 -10 team members in facility maintenance tasks. • Working with the company owner to develop and implement daily and weekly game plans to complete work load • Ability to following safety and maintenance procedures. • Minimum of 1-4 years in a leadership position • Experience in leading / directing people • Capability to operate or learn to operate standard machinery and equipment • Physical ability to lift 50-60 pounds or more. • Valid driver’s license and ability to drive and back up a truck with trailer if needed • Openness to future promotion opportunities. Please understand this is a small company that simply performs maintenance task at different facilities One day you might be repairing a damaged fence and the next you might be cutting back vegetation. Compensation $28-$38 per hour to start. Compensation is based on skill and experience.
