Opportunity for year-round employment IMMEDIATE OPENING • Part-time year-round commercial janitorial position. • Duties to be performed on Tuesdays, without variance, after 5:30pm. • Shift is up to 4 hours in length. • Small commercial building on bus line on Erie Avenue at Tarpis Avenue. • Perform general but detailed office cleaning; High/low dusting, detailing and restocking restrooms, vacuuming, damp mopping, surface sanitization, light lifting, trash removal and liner replacement, other janitorial tasks as needed. • Must be able to walk up and down stairs. Must be able to effectively communicate with customers and Building Opportunities team. Responsible for securing job site(s) as directed. • Paid training. Uniform supplied (with refundable deposit).
