About The Holiday Pros
We design and install high-end holiday lighting for gated communities, oceanfront towers, luxury retail, medical campuses, dealerships, and cities across South Florida. Last season our crews lit 735 trees, over 130 miles of lighting, and more than 2 million bulbs.
We’re looking for reliable team members who want to be part of a focused, professional crew for the 2026 season.
What the job looks like
You’ll stage at our Miami warehouse around 7:30 AM, load the truck with the day’s materials, and head out to 2–5 properties. Most days you’ll be wrapping tree trunks and canopies (oaks, palms, ficus, hanging wreaths and garland, installing monument displays, and making sure every circuit is clean and working before you leave the site. You’ll work from extension ladders and occasionally a bucket truck.
We train you on our methods. No previous holiday lighting experience is required if you’re willing to learn and show up ready to work.
Who does well in this role
Comfortable working at heights on ladders
Able to lift up to 45 lbs unassisted and stay on your feet the full day
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
Available mid-September through the end of December, including weekends ( all holidays off )
Professional and respectful
On time, every scheduled day
Helpful but not required: prior work in landscaping, tree care, roofing, low-voltage, electrical, or bucket truck/aerial lift experience. English and Spanish is a plus.
What the season actually feels like
This is outdoor work in South Florida heat, humidity, and occasional rain. We keep working in light rain and stop for lightning. October through December is the busy stretch expect longer days and some 6–7 day weeks, including occasional after-hours installs that can only be worked at night. The work is physical and detail-oriented.
Pay & setup
$20–$28 per hour depending on experience and performance, paid bi-weekly. Extended days are compensated above the base rate. Returning crew members come back at a higher rate each season.
