If you’re a rockstar HVAC technician and you're done with ductwork, boilers, furnaces and the traditional HVAC roles, come join our team of MiniSplit Mountaineers. We’re looking for someone who: ✅ Has 3–5 years of residential HVAC or similar experience ✅ Has experience with ductless mini-split systems ✅ Ability to lead single-zone and multi-zone installations ✅ Holds an EPA Section 608 certification ✅ Is comfortable with electrical, condensate, refrigerant, and commissioning ✅ Has a clean driving record and reliable transportation (company van provided during work hours) ✅ Ability to lift 50+ pounds and comfortable working on ladders ✅ Brings a positive attitude and a team-first mindset ✅ Takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service A Virginia Journeyman HVAC license and Mitsubishi experience are preferred but not required. 💰 $30–$35 per hour, based on experience 🏥 Benefits available 📍 Richmond, Virginia Email us and/or submit your resume at info@mountainminisplits to apply!
