The Role Manual Demolition: Efficiently strip out interiors and dismantle structures using sledgehammers, pry bars, and pneumatic tools. Must have experience demolishing (drywall, hvac, wood framing, flooring, ceilings bathroom and restaurants) Site Prep & Cleanup: Maintain a safe work area by clearing debris and prepping surfaces for the next phase of construction. Safety Adherence: Maintain a "safety first" mindset, ensuring all protocols and PPE requirements are strictly followed. Requirements Experience: MUST HAVE Minimum of 3 years in demolition or heavy construction (Required). Skills: Proficient with power tools (jackhammers, chop saws, etc.). Machine Operation: Previous experience operating skid steers, mini-excavators, or forklifts is a major plus. Attributes: Strong work ethic, physical endurance, and a valid driver’s license and able to travel and work throughout Southern California. Compensation $22 -$27.50 We reward skill, reliability, and the ability to operate machinery.
