Join a team that values hard work, honesty, and a positive attitude HANDYMAN / CONSTRUCTION LABORER ACG Builds, Inc. is an established commercial general contractor looking for a reliable, hardworking Handyman / Construction Laborer to join our team in Pasco, WA for a 2 year project. WHAT YOU’LL DO Our Pasco project includes 250 units of multi-family apartment interior renovations and some sitework. Day-to-day work will vary and may include: • Apartment demolition and tear-out • Installing appliances • Cleaning and preparing units • Basic carpentry and repairs • Installing doors, hardware, trim, cabinets, and fixtures • Drywall patching and minor framing • Punch-list and turnover work • Material organization and jobsite cleanup • Material pickups and deliveries • Assisting other trades and the project team as needed WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR 1-2 years of construction, maintenance, handyman, apartment turnover, remodeling, or similar experience. More important, we want someone who: • Shows up on time • Is honest and trustworthy • Works hard without needing constant supervision • Has a positive, can-do attitude and takes pride in doing quality work • Can safely use common hand and power tools • Has reliable transportation and a cell phone • Is comfortable performing a variety of physical, hands-on tasks • Has experience reading plans or wants to learn PAY & SCHEDULE $25–$30/hour, depending on experience. Full-time position with typical construction hours approximately 7:00 AM–4:00 PM / 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Paid holidays and paid vacation time. Drug test and background check required.
