What You Will Do • Lead on the tools: Work physically alongside the crew every day on residential remodels, full gut renovations, and kitchen/bathroom updates in occupied homes. • Guide the team: Lead by example, keep projects on schedule, and ensure top-tier quality workmanship. • Coordinate on-site operations: Work closely with the Project Manager to manage daily schedules, materials, and tools. Skills & Qualifications • Extensive residential remodeling experience (drywall, flooring, painting, tile, LVP, and basic framing/carpentry, plumbing, and electrical). • Proven track record of leading a crew and maintaining timelines. • Bilingual preferred, Spanish required. • Positive, upbeat attitude—we are a hardworking, happy team that loves a fun work environment!
