Summary: Seeking a dedicated individual for property and livestock management, including animal care, equipment operation, and general maintenance tasks. Highlights: 1. Manage livestock feeding and welfare 2. Operate John Deere tractor and Bobcat for property maintenance 3. Perform essential repairs on fences and water lines We have 2 properties on Highway 80 between Gonzales and Luling. Job is 7 days a week; minimum 1 hour in the morning, and 1 hour in the evening. You need a valid drivers license and experience pulling a trailer. We have cattle that needs to be fed and checked, water troughs that need to be checked, and fence lines that need to be checked. If a fence line is down; it will need to be repaired. If a water line is broken; it will need to be repaired. If a cow is sick; it will need to be loaded in a trailer and taken to the vet. We have a John Deere tractor, and a Bobcat, for doing maintenance around the property as well as feeding the cattle. You need to know how to operate the machines, and know how to do routine maintenance on the machines. If you are interested you can let me know. I will then send you an application to fill out.
