We are family owned and operated, with our own employees. We need a strong leader who can manage crews, keep projects on schedule, and deliver quality work and excellent customer service. RESPONSIBILITIES * Manage roofing projects from start to completion. * Coordinate crews, materials, deliveries, and inspections. * Monitor workmanship, job site safety, and daily progress. * Communicate professionally with clients, office staff, and crews. * Document project progress, photos, and additional work. * Resolve job site issues and meet project deadlines. * Complete final walkthroughs and ensure thorough cleanup. QUALIFICATIONS * Roofing experience and previous crew leadership or project management experience. * Knowledge of shingles, tile, torch-down, and other flat roofing systems. * Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects and work well under pressure. * Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. * Comfortable using a computer and phone for scheduling and reporting. * Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
