Summary: This role involves general yard maintenance tasks such as picking up sticks, spraying weeds, hedge trimming, and blowing driveways clean, focusing on keeping the yard tidy. Highlights: 1. Yard tidiness and maintenance focus 2. Varied outdoor tasks 3. Flexible seasonal time commitment As the picture shows there is no lawn, so it is a matter of keeping the yard clean (see picture of front yard). The work involves tasks like picking up sticks, spraying to kill weeds, hedge trimming, blowing driveway clean, etc. a couple of times per month. Depending on the time of year each visit would require two hours. In the fall and winter probably less time would be involved.
