We are seeking polished, articulate candidates for a long-term superintendent assignment. Housing is not included, Prefer if the candidate has a minimum of 3-5 years of general superintendent experience in a commercial or residential setting. Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of assigned properties Supervise maintenance staff, porters and outside contractors Assign, prioritize and monitor work orders to ensure timely completion Perform routine building inspections and identify maintenance or safety concerns. Ensure the building complies with all fire, health and safety regulations. Perform duties as assigned to support the property's operational needs, such as repairs, turnovers, or onsite emergencies etc. Requirements 3-5 years of building maintenance or superintendent experience. Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting and general building maintenance. Ability to multitask, troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently. Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks: climbing ladders, bending, kneeling and standing for extended periods.
