This is a great opportunity for someone who is hands-on, tool savvy, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working with different hand and power tools. Depending on experience and skill set, associates may be placed in Assembly, Decorations, or Vacuum Forming. Responsibilities Assemble sign components and materials using hand and power tools Assist with decorations and finishing of sign products Perform vacuum forming and other production-related tasks Measure, align, fit, and assemble parts accurately Follow work instructions and production specifications Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all workplace and safety procedures Assist in other production areas as needed Qualifications Must be comfortable and confident using tools Mechanically inclined with good hands-on skills Previous manufacturing, assembly, construction, fabrication, or production experience is a plus Ability to follow measurements and detailed instructions Strong attention to detail Dependable attendance and punctuality Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical production work Willingness to learn different areas of the manufacturing process If you enjoy working with your hands, using tools, and building or assembling products, we encourage you to apply!
