We’re looking to add a reliable, hardworking employee to our field crew with an immediate start date of Monday, August 24th. Starting Pay: $18–$25/hour, depending on experience, reliability, and skill level. Opportunity for increased pay and responsibility for employees who prove themselves. Job Responsibilities May Include: * Property and estate cleanouts * Heavy-duty cleaning and deep cleaning * Biohazard and specialty cleanup * Hoarding cleanup * Rodent droppings cleanup and sanitation * Odor remediation * Moving furniture, appliances, trash, and debris * Loading/unloading trucks and dump trailers * Light demolition and construction-related work * Property maintenance and general labor * Occasional outdoor work, landscaping, and job-site cleanup * Using hand tools, power tools, cleaning equipment, and PPE * Driving company vehicles when qualified What We’re Looking For: We care more about work ethic, reliability, and attitude than having a perfect resume. You must: * Show up on time and ready to work * Be dependable and accountable * Be comfortable with physical work and getting dirty * Be able to lift 50+ lbs * Follow directions and work well with a crew * Be comfortable working in a variety of environments * Have reliable transportation to get to work * Have a working cell phone and be responsive * Be willing to work occasional long days when projects require it * Take pride in doing the job correctly and completely A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are a plus. Construction, demolition, moving, landscaping, restoration, cleaning, junk removal, or similar experience is also a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.
