Collaborative team environment with opportunities for independent work Berger Concrete & General Engineering is looking for an energetic, organized, detail-oriented FULL-TIME-YARD STAFF. In this role, you will help our team to organize and prepare job site materials for projects at our construction yard. JOB DESCRIPTION • Keeping the yard organized and clean. Includes keeping inventory. • Prepping materials for jobsites. • Delivery materials to projects. • Cleaning of machinery & small tools. • Ability to check returned equipment for workability/function ability. • Able to operate a forklift. • Experience moving machinery a plus. QUALIFICATIONS • Valid, clean driver’s license is required. • Ability to drive with a trailer preferred. • Knowledge of construction materials preferred. • Good spoken and written English, required. • A track record of working safely and helping others safely. • You like to work in a team, helping wherever needed; but you can also self-start and work on your own. • You are organized and can handle many of tasks at once. • A high level of attention to detail.
