Our greensand non-ferrous foundry builds a low volume proprietary line of products. We are well established and have consistent year around work. We are strictly a non-ferrous facility, casting primarily aluminums and various bronze castings. We are pretty much self-contained, facility, making our own patterns, cores, castings and in house machine shop. The ideal candidate would have experience in managing 10-15 coworkers, a general understanding of repair and maintenance of all foundry equipment and be comfortable laying out work schedules for all staff and coaching workers at every department. A minimum 10 years required in overseeing foundry production and a passion for manufacturing. The ability to oversee a machine shop would be a great asset to the overall operation.
