Opportunity to develop skills in foundation repair PHL Foundation Repair is looking for responsible, hardworking, and reliable individuals to join our foundation repair team. Candidates must be willing to perform physical construction work and assist in residential foundation repair projects. Job Responsibilities • Assist in the installation of concrete and steel piers. • Excavate and remove soil around and beneath residential foundations. • Assist in lifting, leveling, and stabilizing foundations under the supervision of experienced workers. • Mix, pour, and finish concrete as needed. • Install and replace support beams, shims, and other foundation components. • Safely use hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment. • Load, unload, and transport construction materials and equipment. • Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe. • Follow instructions from the crew leader and supervisor. Requirements and Qualifications • Previous construction experience is preferred; experience in foundation repair is an advantage. • A valid driver's license is preferred. • Have reliable transportation to get to the job site. • Ability to perform heavy physical work, including lifting objects, bending, kneeling, and working in tight spaces under homes. • Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions. • Follow safety procedures and work well in a team. • Be a responsible, punctual, honest, and hardworking person. • Availability to work Monday through Friday, with weekends as needed based on project schedules. • Pay and Opportunities • Pay will be determined based on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
