Warehouse organization in cold environments FORKLIFT OPERATOR / INVENTORY CONTROL NEEDED We are hiring a forklift operator for our warehouse and retail store. We seek a responsible, organized individual with warehouse experience. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, staying busy, and carrying out tasks with minimal supervision. Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Flexible schedule. Depending on operational needs, some days may require 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM shifts. Primary Responsibilities: • Receive incoming product shipments • Operate forklifts to unload, move, and arrange merchandise • Organize freezer and refrigerated storage areas • Sort merchandise by category: chicken, pork, beef, seafood, butter, etc. • Maintain weekly inventory records for full shipments and retail store merchandise • Re-palletize pallets • Arrange loads with dividers for blast freezer services • Keep forklifts charged and filled with water • Perform general warehouse and work area cleaning • Assist with general warehouse activities Requirements: • Forklift operating experience • Warehouse and inventory experience preferred • Ability to lift and move heavy merchandise • Responsible and punctual • Willingness to work in cold/refrigerated environments • Ability to work independently and complete tasks without constant supervision Interested candidates please submit your resume to schedule an interview if qualified for this position.
