Role Description We are seeking a part-time Flower Delivery Driver to join our team in Seattle, WA. Employee is responsible for the timely and safe delivery of floral arrangements to customers, some light problem solving and ensuring a positive customer experience. Additional tasks include confirming delivery details, maintaining the cleanliness of the delivery vehicle, and assisting in-store as needed. The position requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and a customer-focused approach. Hours vary but will likely tally 10-20 hrs week. M-F with a 10:30am start time. Delivery vehicle is comfortable and synchs with blue tooth for podcasts:) Holidays involve longer hours and more complicated routing. Familiarity with Seattle neighborhoods and streets is a huge help. Qualifications Strong Customer Service skills, with a focus on dependability, professionalism, and courteous communication Experience in Sales and Food & Beverage is an asset, particularly in creating positive client experiences A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Good knowledge of Seattle, WA, and its surrounding areas Ability to lift and carry moderately heavy objects, such as floral arrangements and occasional heavy plants Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Previous experience in delivery services or floral industry is a plus
