Growth Path: Fleet Associate → Fleet Manager
We're not hiring for a dead-end role, we're hiring someone we can grow into the person who runs day-to-day operations for Agile Auto.
What it takes to get there: consistent reliability after the 90-day probationary period, sound judgment handling difficult customers and repossessions without escalation, ownership of vehicle turnaround (inspections, mechanic coordination, timely handoffs), and clean, accurate documentation on every job.
The goal is to build someone into the role who can eventually run the fleet side of the business independently.
What changes as Fleet Manager:
Becomes the primary point of contact for day-to-day operations, not just executing tasks but making the calls
Greater autonomy in scheduling, vendor relationships, and handling escalations without owner sign-off
Pay increase reflecting the expanded scope and responsibility
First look at any future hires brought on to support fleet operations
Compensation
Flexible schedule
Work Location: In person
