Summary: This temporary full-time position involves operating and maintaining a fish lift/ladder, counting fish using video software, and assisting with various day-to-day maintenance tasks. Highlights: 1. Operate and maintain fish lift/ladder 2. Count and record fish using video monitoring software 3. Assist plant operator with day-to-day maintenance Summer, temporary full-time position with a Nashua, NH hydroelectric company. A successful candidate must be 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license with a good driving record. The candidate will work with our maintenance staff, while being able to work independently. This position is for the time period of Mid-April through the end of June, Hours are 7:00 AM to 3:30 P.M. Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday. The hours may vary. Duties include: Operate and maintain fish lift/ladder with assistance from plant operator Count and record fish using video monitoring software Assist plant operator with various day-to-day maintenance tasks The ability to climb ladders and stairs is required for this position Job Types: Full-time, Temporary Salary: $25 per hour Schedule: • 8-hour shift License/Certification: • Drivers License (Required) Work Location: Multiple locations
