Summary: This role involves building maintenance, cleaning, and assisting with resident move-ins/move-outs, requiring daily communication with management. Highlights: 1. Opportunity for painting and drywall tasks Looking for someone who has experience with the following: Taking trash out during trash days, cleaning lobbies, hallways, gym, 1 bathroom, carpet cleaning with industrial vacuum. Be present during move-in and move-outs. Letting vendors in and out of the building, putting amazon packages if needed into the lockers and experience in painting and drywall. Spoken English and Spanish is preferred. Daily communication with management office. Hours will be Monday-Friday some Saturdays if needed. Hours are 6:00 - 2:00 pm. Pay is $60-65,000. depending on experience. This position is in a residential building with 114 units and it is located in NW Washington DC.
