We reward employees who invest in their career and grow with us!*Must have prior professional tree climbing experience to apply* Responsibilities: • Climb trees for pruning, removals, and technical tree work • Run chainsaws safely on the ground and in the tree • Use proper pruning techniques and apply approved knots • Practice safe, clean rigging techniques • Operate and maintain tools and equipment • Run the chipper and safely back up trucks/chipper combo • Operate aerial lifts when required and operate heavy machinery • Drag brush, rake, and clean up job sites • Identify common local tree species and basic tree biology • Stay aware of hazards, including electrical risks • Participate in safety briefings and follow PPE and company safety rules • Support the crew leader with daily tasks • Communicate clearly with the team • Take on additional duties as assigned Requirements • Prior professional tree climbing experience (required) • Strong safety habits and respect for the craft • Ability to work as part of a team and take direction • Willingness to learn and grow new skills • Dependability and a good attitude Pay is based on: • Experience and certifications • Technical skill and climbing ability • Ability to work safely and efficiently as part of a crew • Determination, work ethic, and reliability • Willingness to learn and grow skills for long-term advancement
