We do not micro manage or ride your butt..You must be self motivated and be able to look around the Ranch to let us know what you feel would be good for boarding Horse's..This position is perfect for someone experienced with All Ranch knowledge and basic home care for landscaping..Tractor.knowledge Fence fixing .. You will have to take a background check..We hope to move this position to 7 days a week once we are rolling..If you are working on the Ranch and have a Horse you may keep it here for 100 per month..Work privilege
