We work with elevated clientele to bring custom activations to life with flawless execution, premium service, and meticulous attention to detail. Position Overview We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented, and hard-working Event Delivery, Setup & Strike Crew Members to handle the physical logistics, transportation, assembly, and breakdown of event assets. You will work as part of an active team to ensure high-value materials are safely transported, assembled on tight schedules, and struck cleanly after events. Key Responsibilities Transport & Delivery: Safely load, unload, and transport event materials and assets to and from venue locations. Setup & Assembly: Assemble complex multi-piece displays, full bars, elevated POS units, and custom event structures on-site. Careful Material Handling: Unpack, place, and protect fragile glassware, high-value POS equipment, displays, and specialty items with white-glove care. Event Strike: Rapidly disassemble, pack, and load out assets following the conclusion of the event. Timeline & Direction: Execute tasks strictly according to the event master timeline and follow directions from team leads and members. Requirements & Qualifications Schedule & Availability: Must be fully available for overnight shifts (schedules vary and can start as early as 2:00 AM or finish as late as 2:00 AM). Physical Capability: Ability to perform heavy lifting, pushing, and pulling of event equipment and displays. Professional Appearance: Our clients are elevated; staff must present a polished, "buttoned-up" appearance on site at all times. Uniform Requirement: Strictly All Black attire.
