This position is also responsible for inventory and safe utilization of cleaning supplies and other equipment used for cleaning. Essential Functions, Key Duties, & Responsibilities Clean, disinfect, and maintain a safe environment in all designated areas at the community using proper germicide cleaning products and following infection control practices at all times. Clean, vacuum, sweep, and/or mop all floors and carpets. Clean windows and dust blinds and woodwork. Clean resident beds and rooms upon discharge, handling infectious waste appropriately. Maintain work carts, supply closets, and non-motorized equipment; keeping them stocked and clean. Perform other duties as assigned. Comply with all policies and procedures and any updates.
