Summary: Nationwide Electrical Management, a family-owned commercial retail electrical contractor, is seeking a self-motivated Electrical Apprentice to join their team and work on overnight projects. Compensation: Wage depends on experience: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour Employment type: Part time/ Full time Job Title: Electrical Apprentice Nationwide Electrical Management, is a family owned, commercial retail electrical contractor serving retail stores nationwide. We offer very competitive wages with paid travel, lodging and per diem. We'd like to expand our team, and are searching for long term apprentice. Day to day tasks will require employees to supply and maintain their own hand and cordless tools. Employees must provide their own transportation to airport or meet location when travel calls for driving out of state. QUALIFICATIONS: - 1-2 year’s experience preferred but not required - Valid driver’s license. - Reliable transportation - Good attendance and punctuality required - Must be self-motivated. - Must have a good attitude and be willing to work with others - Must be hard working and have the drive and determination to complete the task at hand WORK ENVIRONMENT: - The duties of this job regularly require the employee to be near moving mechanical parts. - The duties of this job occasionally require the employee to be asked to work in outside weather conditions and/or occasionally be exposed to wet and/or humid conditions. - The duties of the job regularly require the employee to be in environments that are noisy - Must be able to lift a minimum 50 pounds on a regular/continual basis - Must be able to remain on your feet for extended periods of time -This is an overnight position, The projects that we work on are overnight projects and typically take 2-3 weeks. *To apply for this job, please reply to this ad with a resume, summary of your experience.
