Clean driving record a must. Experience in paving industry is a plus. Good starting wage--even better with experience. We work Monday-Saturday, weather permitting. In season, we work approximately 65 hours a week; 40 regular hours with 25 hours paid at time and a half, so you must be available to work weekends and overtime. Average pay is $60,000 to $70,000 for about seven months of work. Because it is seasonal work, unemployment benefits are paid in the off-season. Work to start in mid-April.
