Training provided for software, procedures, and routes Now Hiring – Part-Time Delivery Driver (Entry Level) Santa Rosa, CA Starting Pay: $18.21/hour Part-Time | Potential for Additional Hours About the Job We're looking for a safety-conscious, organized delivery driver to join our growing pickup and delivery team! You'll operate a large cargo van to pick up and deliver customer orders, manage delivery routes, and provide professional customer service. As our routes expand, there may be opportunities for additional hours. We're willing to train the right person on our software, procedures, and routes. Safe, competent driving is essential. Schedule Monday, Wednesday & Friday: Approximately 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM–2:00 PM, depending on route volume. Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday: Shorter, newer routes with potential to grow. This is a part-time position. Hours may vary based on route volume and customer demand. Job Responsibilities Safely operate and maneuver a large cargo van. Pick up and deliver customer orders accurately and on schedule. Organize and track orders, customer information, delivery locations, and route schedules. Use our software system to update order statuses, review customer notes, and track routes and locations. Lift, carry, load, and unload heavy bags, boxes, and other items. Navigate stairs, narrow walkways, and challenging delivery access areas. Communicate professionally with customers and provide friendly service. Coordinate with the manager and other team members to ensure smooth daily operations. Report delays, delivery issues, or changes promptly. Requirements Valid California driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to pass a motor vehicle record check and employment background check. Ability to safely operate a large cargo van. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, including managing multiple orders, customer information, and delivery locations. Ability to lift and carry heavy items and navigate stairs and narrow pathways. Good communication and customer service skills. Punctuality, responsibility, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Resume and professional references required. Training Previous delivery experience is helpful but not required. We will train the right candidate on our software, delivery procedures, and routes.
