This hybrid role splits critical responsibilities between managing secure B2B wholesale deliveries to retail dispensaries and executing technical, hands-on tasks within our licensed processing and production facility. The ideal candidate possesses a clean driving record, a professional demeanor for client-facing retail drop-offs, and previous experience as a processing or production technician following strict compliance protocols. Key Responsibilities Wholesale Transport & Delivery (~50%) • Compliant Logistics: Transport finished products securely from our facility to licensed retail dispensaries. Strict adherence to state transport laws, manifest requirements, and security routing is mandatory. • Intake & Manifest Verifications: Conduct exact product piece-counts and order matching with retail managers during delivery. Ensure all regulatory transport manifests are signed, completed, and returned for internal compliance filing. • Client Relations: Act as a professional, punctual, and reliable face of our brand during wholesale client drop-offs. • Vehicle Oversight: Perform daily pre-trip vehicle checks (fluids, tires, cleanliness) and report maintenance needs promptly. Processing & Production Technician (~50%) • Processing Operations: Execute post-harvest processing tasks including trimming, sorting, and bulk breakdown of flower. • Technical Compliance: Follow strict standard operating procedures (SOPs) for batch tracking, and quality control to prevent cross-contamination or weight discrepancies. • Fulfillment & Precision Packaging: Assist with precise product weighing, filling, labeling, and lot-number sealing for retail-ready or bulk inventory. • Sanitation & Lab Cleanliness: Maintain a spotless, state-compliant processing environment. Wash, sanitize, and log the routine cleaning of processing surfaces, machines and trimming tools. Qualifications & Requirements • Age Limit: Must be at least 21 years of age • Driving Record: Valid driver's license with an absolute clean driving record (no major infractions, DUIs, or active suspensions). • Experience: • Minimum 1–2 years of professional delivery, courier, or box-truck transit experience preferred. • Proven experience as a Cannabis Processing Technician, cultivation technician, or an equivalent technical manufacturing/GMP environment role is highly preferred. • Technical Accuracy: Strong basic math skills for product counting, weighing, and inventory auditing. Experience with tracking software (such as Metrc or point-of-sale inventory utilities) is a major plus. • Physical Demands: Ability to sit and focus for long drives, as well as stand for extended periods during facility processing shifts.
