Assist across various construction trades About the Position We are seeking reliable and hardworking Construction Laborers to join our modular construction workforce team. In this role, you will help build high-quality modular homes in a controlled manufacturing environment. No two days are exactly alike, although role may be in one specific trade workflow may include assisting other trades. Must be flexible to assist where you are needed. Your work will directly contribute to delivering safe, durable, and affordable housing. Responsibilities Assist with the construction and assembly of modular housing units Measure, cut, carry, and install construction materials Use hand tools, power tools, and basic equipment safely. Typical areas include framing, flooring, roofing, drywall, insulation, and finish work among others. Load, unload, and organize materials and supplies Follow work instructions and safety procedures Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area Inspect work for quality and report issues to supervisors Work cooperatively with other production team members Perform other labor and production duties as assigned
