Derenzo Properties LLC is seeking a dependable, hardworking, and enthusiastic Construction Laborer to become part of our team in Needham, Massachusetts. This position offers hands-on experience across a range of construction projects, working alongside Foremen, Project Managers, and skilled tradespeople. Previous construction experience is required. Reliable individuals who show initiative, maintain a strong work ethic, and take pride in their work will have opportunities to assume greater responsibilities and advance within the company. Job Responsibilities Support Foremen, Project Managers, and tradespeople with daily construction activities. Handle, transport, load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment. Perform general labor duties, including demolition, site preparation, and debris or material removal. Keep job sites clean, orderly, and safe throughout the workday. Help coordinate deliveries, organize materials, and prepare work areas for upcoming tasks. Operate basic hand tools and power tools when properly trained. Follow instructions, job-site rules, and all required safety procedures. Take a proactive approach to helping crews complete projects efficiently and on schedule. Assist with other tasks and responsibilities as needed. Qualifications & Requirements Dependable and punctual, with a commitment to arriving on time and ready to work. Strong work ethic and a positive, team-oriented attitude. Physically capable of performing labor-intensive tasks and lifting or carrying materials. Comfortable working outside in different weather conditions. Able to follow instructions and collaborate effectively with others. Safety-minded, responsible, and reliable. Valid driver's license required. Reliable transportation preferred. Previous experience in construction, remodeling, demolition, or a skilled trade is a plus. Willingness to learn new skills, develop professionally, and take on additional responsibilities.
