We specialize in residential and light commercial site development, utilities, grading, land clearing, and underground work. We're looking for a dependable, hardworking Construction Laborer who takes pride in quality work and wants to grow with a company that values professionalism and teamwork. Responsibilities Assist excavation crews with daily site operations Install water, sewer, and storm utilities Grade and prepare building pads Operate hand tools, compactors, saws, and other construction equipment Perform trench work safely around excavators and heavy equipment Set grades using lasers and basic layout tools Load, unload, and organize materials and equipment Maintain clean and safe job sites Perform general labor and equipment maintenance as needed Preferred Qualifications Valid Class A Experience hauling equipment or dump trucks is a plus Construction or excavation experience preferred Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Strong work ethic with a positive attitude Dependable and punctual Ability to lift 75+ lbs and perform physically demanding work Comfortable working around heavy equipment Valid driver's license and reliable transportation What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Overtime opportunities Newer, well-maintained equipment Opportunity for advancement as the company continues to grow Supportive, family-oriented work environment Training for motivated individuals who want to build a career in excavation Pay $25–$40+ per hour, depending on experience and CDL qualifications.
