But there is the opportunity to be more of an apprentice vs just a helper and learn how to do many trades and then subcontractor for the same companies I am and make way more money. But the question is, will you have the startup money to buy all the things you will need to do this business/trade. So that's where I can also help you not only understand how personal credit works but develop it so you can access 50 to 250k in 0% business funding. Which you will then use to buy the tools and equipment you will need for this business. B/c you are roughly looking at 20 to 30k if you are starting from scratch. And I can also teach you how to invest your money so you don't have to do labor in your older years. I'm also put a crew together to build composite decks as well. So if you have deck experience that's a plus. Like is it a car, truck, sprinter etc. The ideal candidate would know how to drive/backup a 7x16' trailer, do plumbing (values and drains), measure and cut panels well and can caulk. But again I'm willing to teach the right person or you can just always stay as a helper. Either way works for me. I live by the village hall of Hoffman estates. So ideally you live 30min or less from there. B/c that's where you will meet me if you don't want to drive to the shop, unless you live very close to the shop in wood dale. Then you will just meet me there. I provide all the tools as well and drive to the job sites so you will save on gas and putting miles on your car. But sometimes we will work late, so if you don't want to stay beyond 8 hrs then just plan on meeting me at the job sites. As for pay, it's depends on a lot of variables. So it maybe hourly or per job. For example if hourly and you are just looking to be a helper and you don't really have any real construction experience then you are looking at like 15/hr. But if you are looking to actually learn the trade, then it will be per job and how fast we finish the job. So like 2 to 300 (maybe more depending how good you are as a helper) for a day or a day and half's work. So can come out to be like 25/hr or more depending on fast you are.
