New Beginnings Home Solutions LLC is hiring an experienced Construction & Remodeling Lead to lead residential and commercial construction and remodeling projects. We specialize in residential and commercial renovations, kitchens, bathrooms, basements, additions, tenant improvements, decks, structural repairs, framing, demolition, excavation, waterproofing, skid steer services, and complete property renovations. This is not a position for someone who needs constant direction or supervision. We’re looking for someone who can lead a crew, keep jobs running smoothly, communicate effectively, maintain high-quality workmanship, and help ensure projects stay on schedule. If you’re dependable, experienced, and take pride in doing the job right, we’d like to talk to you.
