This position is ideal for someone with at least one year of concrete experience who is looking to build upon their skills and grow within the trade. The ideal candidate will have experience assisting with concrete placement and finishing and be comfortable using common finishing tools such as hand floats and edgers. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of residential and light commercial projects while continuing to develop valuable concrete finishing skills. Key Responsibilities • Assist with all phases of concrete preparation, placement, and finishing • Use hand floats, edgers, and other finishing tools to help achieve quality concrete surfaces • Assist with forming, grading, leveling, and finishing concrete • Support the completion of sidewalks, patios, driveways, slabs, curbing, and related projects • Load, unload, and maintain tools, materials, and equipment • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site • Follow company safety procedures and supervisor direction • Perform physically demanding work in outdoor environments • Work collaboratively with crew members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule Qualifications Required: • Minimum 1 year of concrete finishing experience • Experience using hand floats and edgers • Ability to lift 50 pounds or more on a regular basis • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions • Reliable transportation and strong attendance record • Valid driver's license • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Preferred: • Experience with residential or commercial flatwork • Experience setting forms and reading grade stakes • Experience operating basic construction equipment and power tools What We Offer • Competitive starting pay of $28.00 per hour • Opportunities for advancement and skill development • Consistent, year-round work opportunities • Supportive team-oriented environment • Hands-on experience with a variety of concrete projects Schedule • Full-Time • Monday through Friday • Overtime opportunities available based on project needs and weather conditions Interested in this position?
