Qualified candidates must have recent, hands-on experience working in a stockroom or performing inventory control duties. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** - Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and packing slips. - Stock, label, and organize inventory in designated storage areas. - Pull and distribute parts and materials to production departments. - Perform inventory cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits. - Maintain accurate inventory records using Syteline or similar inventory systems. - Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies. - Read work orders, part numbers, and material requests. - Assist with preparing and organizing materials for production. - Maintain a clean and organized stockroom. - Occasionally drive a company vehicle to pick up materials. - Perform additional duties as assigned. **JOB REQUIREMENTS:** - **Recent stockroom or inventory control experience REQUIRED.** - 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred. - Manufacturing environment experience preferred. - Experience with inventory counts, stock organization, and material handling. - Basic computer skills required. - ERP or inventory management system experience is a plus. - Ability to read work orders and identify part numbers. - Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification required. - Valid driver's license and clean DMV record required. - Must be reliable, organized, and detail-oriented. - **Must be available to work Saturdays when needed.** **IMPORTANT:** Candidates must have recent stockroom or inventory control experience.
