The small crew works together constantly, so a good general attitude and good interpersonal skills are essential. Hours are steady 8am-5pm, Monday to Friday, but are somewhat flexible. Although the turnover work is done from June to August, the job could become year-round for the right person. All the properties are in Ithaca.
