The majority of assignments will consist of cleaning vacant apartment units following resident move-outs. We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work, have strong attention to detail, and can consistently deliver high-quality cleaning services that meet our standards. Responsibilities * Perform thorough move-out cleaning services for vacant apartment units. * Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and sanitize all assigned areas. * Clean and disinfect kitchens, bathrooms, appliances, fixtures, cabinets, countertops, and high-touch surfaces. * Clean windows, mirrors, baseboards, doors, blinds, and other interior surfaces as required. * Clean patios, balconies, entryways, and storage areas when applicable. * Report stains, damages, maintenance concerns, or other issues discovered during cleaning. * Safely use cleaning products, chemicals, and equipment. * Communicate professionally with property managers and company representatives. Requirements * Previous cleaning, housekeeping, janitorial, or custodial experience preferred. * Must have reliable transportation. * Must provide your own cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment, including: * Vacuum * Broom * Mop * Bucket * Duster * Step stool * Cleaning chemicals and supplies * Must be available to accept work assignments with as little as 2 to 4 days' advance notice. Looking for someone part time. Must be able to work during the week, M-F 8 am -5 pm * Ability to work independently and complete assignments without direct supervision. * Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, kneeling, reaching, and standing for extended periods. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. * Professional appearance and positive attitude. Preferred Skills * Appliance cleaning experience, including ovens, stovetops, refrigerators, microwaves, dishwashers, and range hoods. * Strong customer service and communication skills.
