Responsibilities: Perform routine tasks to maintain the cleanliness of four residential buildings. - Sweep, mop, floors in common areas, including hallways, lobbies, and elevators. - Empty trash bins and compactors; dispose of waste according to established procedures. - Maintain exterior areas, including sidewalks, and building entryways. - Collaborate with fellow coworkers to ensure a seamless and efficient workflow. - Demonstrate friendly and professional communication standards and teamwork skills. - MUST submit a resume - Porter experience or building maintenance and cleaning experience required.
