Maintain farm equipment and grounds We are seeking a reliable bilingual (Spanish/english) farm hand to help with farming activities. This position is full time; 2 to 4 weeks off in December. Monday through Friday, except for during harvest. Tasks include: - General farm labor - Assisting with farm operations - Equipment and farm grounds cleaning and maintenance - Manual field labor - Working alongside and helping manage contract farm crews - Assist with harvest operations - Operating farm equipment General Requirements for Job Position: - Have dependable transportation and the ability to be at work on time - Ability to lift 50 pounds Compensation: - $20 to 26 starting hourly pay; DOE - Overtime pay after 40 hours a week - End-of-season bonus; calculated on hours worked, employee performance, and farm profitability.
