We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in construction management while working alongside experienced project managers on high-end residential projects. Position Summary The Assistant Project Manager supports the Project Manager throughout all phases of construction by coordinating schedules, communicating with clients and subcontractors, tracking project progress, and helping ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to our quality standards. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Assist Project Managers with the day-to-day management of residential construction projects. Conduct job site visits to monitor project progress and quality. Assist with scheduling inspections and obtaining permits as needed. Maintain project documentation, photos, daily logs, and reports. Help manage change orders and project budgets. Identify potential issues and assist in resolving them before they impact the project schedule. Ensure job sites remain organized, safe, and professionally maintained. Support project closeout, punch lists, and final client walkthroughs. Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in construction, project coordination, or a related field preferred. Knowledge of residential construction practices is a plus. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong written and verbal communication. Professional and customer-focused attitude. Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team. Ability to read construction plans is preferred. Valid driver's license with reliable transportation. Preferred Qualifications Experience in luxury residential construction, outdoor living, landscaping, or remodeling. Experience coordinating subcontractors and vendors.
