Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Safely driving a company-provided vehicle to deliver packages to customers. Following delivery routes and time schedules with precision and professionalism. Loading and unloading packages, including those weighing up to 75 lbs. Representing Route First Logistics with integrity and excellent customer service. Maintaining a clean and organized delivery vehicle. Adhering to safety standards and participating in ongoing safety coaching. What We’re Looking For To be successful in this role, you’ll need to meet the following qualifications: Age Requirement: Must be at least 21 years old. Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license is required. Background Check: Ability to pass a background check, motor vehicle record (MVR) check, and drug screening. Physical Fitness: Comfortable lifting and carrying packages up to 75 lbs in a fast-paced environment. Dependability: Reliable, coachable, and punctual with a strong work ethic.
