They maintain a safe working environment and provide high quality control standards while maintaining high levels of equipment readiness. Mechanic Assistants have a general working knowledge of scheduled maintenance so that equipment is routinely cleaned, serviced and inspected to preempt equipment issues before they happen. They have some experience with routine maintenance such as brake replacements, tune ups, tire repair, and oil changes. They communicate effectively with lead people regarding shop needs or concerns and work well in a team setting. They must hold an insurable driver’s license and a clean driving record. They must be able to provide their own tools. Qualifying Requirements: • Knowledge and prior experience. • Strong communication skills. • Be physically fit and be able to lift 50lbs. • Ability to safely operate tools, equipment and machinery. • Valid Arizona driver’s license *MVR ~Apply in the office from Monday - Friday 8AM-3PM or call to set up an interview *Must have experience.
