What to Expect After You Apply
Your application is the first step in your aviation career. Depending on the position and airport location, a station-based Talent Acquisition Business Partner may reach out with an invitation to attend one of our upcoming hiring events or an onsite interview.
Attending an onsite event allows you to interview in person and immediately move forward in the process if you receive an offer. Onsite, you'll also complete required onboarding paperwork and pre-employment screening, which may include an oral fluid drug screen.
