Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Madera County, CA. The Shop Supervisor will oversee daily operations of the shop, including coordinating staff, managing inventory, and ensuring workplace safety. Key responsibilities include scheduling and supervising repairs and maintenance, ordering supplies and equipment, and maintaining administrative records. The Shop Supervisor will also ensure adherence to operational and safety standards while promoting teamwork and efficiency.
