Work on residential, commercial, and municipal properties IRRIGATION TECHNICIAN Residential • Commercial • Municipal Palm Beach County, Florida $25–$35 PER HOUR — BASED ON EXPERIENCE Established Palm Beach County landscape architectural design/build firm is seeking an experienced Irrigation Technician to join our team. We perform quality landscape and irrigation work throughout Palm Beach County, including high-end residential, commercial, and municipal projects. We are looking for a dependable, skilled technician who can troubleshoot, repair, install, and maintain irrigation systems and take pride in doing the job right. RESPONSIBILITIES • Install, repair, troubleshoot, and maintain irrigation systems • Diagnose valves, controllers, wiring, heads, rotors, leaks, pressure, and coverage problems • Program and adjust irrigation controllers • Install and repair valves, heads, rotors, drip systems, filters, and related equipment • Perform system start-ups, inspections, and adjustments • Troubleshoot irrigation wiring and electrical issues • Read and understand irrigation and landscape plans • Perform new installations, renovations, and repairs • Work on residential, commercial, and municipal properties • Communicate professionally with supervisors, project managers, customers, and property managers • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site QUALIFICATIONS • Previous professional irrigation experience • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills • Knowledge of irrigation valves, controllers, wiring, heads, rotors, drip systems, pressure, and flow • Ability to work independently • Ability to read irrigation plans • Good mechanical aptitude • Dependable and punctual • Professional appearance and communication • Valid Florida driver's license Experience with commercial or municipal irrigation, pumps/wells, smart controllers, central control systems, backflow, or large-scale irrigation systems is a plus. WHAT WE OFFER $25–$35/hour based on experience and skill level Experienced technicians capable of independently diagnosing, repairing, and installing irrigation systems will be considered for the top end of the pay range.
