Our technicians work exclusively on international service and installation projects aboard cruise ships and other vessels—this is not a shop position. If you’re mechanically skilled, adventurous, and ready to make travel your lifestyle, this is a unique opportunity. What You’ll Do • Travel worldwide to cruise ships to service Reverse Osmosis (RO) Desalination Equipment. • Work independently or with teammates to complete maintenance, troubleshooting, and commissioning. • Represent the company professionally on cruise ships, shipyards, and exotic port locations. Requirements: • Strong background in mechanical troubleshooting (maintenance technician or similar experience). • Ability to follow instructions, complete tasks safely, and communicate clearly. • Self-motivated for working in a flexible, dynamic environment • Physically capable of lifting and carrying equipment/tools as required. • Able to type up service and expense reports on company provided laptop • Must live within reasonable distance to our shop. Introductory training and probationary period for 2-3 months will be done in our shop. • Commitment to excellence, teamwork, and respect for colleagues and customers. • Valid passport, ability to pass international background checks, and clear for pre-employment drug testing. Travel Commitment • 100% Travel Role – this is not a shop position. • Projects range from 1–2 weeks, primarily on cruise ships and shipyards around the world. • Estimated 25-35 weeks of travel per year, remaining time off • Significant compensation provided for travel days, overtime, and international assignments.
