Technicians will work on commercial, industrial, and residential projects involving structured cabling, security systems, access control, surveillance cameras, and related low voltage infrastructure. Subcontractor Requirements To be considered, subcontractors must provide: Current General Liability Insurance (Certificate of Insurance required) Current Workers' Compensation Insurance (Certificate of Insurance required) W-9 Form Applicable licenses and certifications, if required by state or local regulations Background check may be required for certain projects Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in low voltage installation and service. Experience with structured cabling, data networks, CCTV, access control, and related systems. Ability to use hand tools, power tools, testing equipment, and cable certification tools. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Reliable transportation and valid driver's license. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
