I’m building something in Venice on Abbott Kinney called True North. I need someone who lives and breathes tech to help me run it — connecting speakers, smart devices, Wi-Fi, AV systems, online tools, AI workflows. The kind of person who, when something doesn’t work, sees it as a puzzle, not a problem. You’re probably: • The friend everyone calls when their tech breaks • Already playing with Claude, ChatGPT, local LLMs, n8n, automations — or hungry to dive in • A self-starter who moves fast and figures things out • Hungry. You want to be in the middle of something being built. What you’d do: • Run our physical systems — speakers, screens, Wi-Fi, smart devices, anything that plugs in or connects • Build and maintain our digital systems — accounts, automations, AI tools, workflows • Be the person I hand a problem to and know it’ll get done The deal: • $35/hr • Starts part-time as a 1099 contractor, transitions to full-time W-2 as it grows • In-person in Venice/Santa Monica — you need your own transportation • This is day one of something real.
