Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on specialized machinery Maintenance Technician We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician with hands-on experience maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production and packaging equipment. Equipment Experience: Douglas cartoning equipment Can labeling machines Inkjet coding/printing systems Print & Apply labeling systems Packaging and production line equipment Responsibilities: Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment issues Perform preventive and corrective maintenance Diagnose equipment failures and minimize production downtime Repair, adjust, and replace mechanical components as needed Perform equipment changeovers, adjustments, and setups Troubleshoot sensors, motors, conveyors, switches, and other production components Maintain Douglas cartoners, can labelers, inkjet printers, and Print & Apply systems Respond promptly to production line breakdowns Complete preventive maintenance inspections and documentation Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment Work closely with production personnel to ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently Qualifications: Previous industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience Hands-on experience with packaging equipment Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills Basic electrical troubleshooting experience Ability to read equipment manuals, diagrams, and schematics Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Experience with Douglas cartoners, can labelers, inkjet systems, and Print & Apply equipment is highly preferred People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply
